2007 BMW Z4
A Magnesium block construction allows the 2007 BMW Z4 block to weigh in at a little more than 50 pounds, couple that with BMW’s Valvetronic Variable Valve Timing System and you have one screaming machine at all RPM ranges delivering incredible response and horsepower for the driver.
Compare to the Z4's 2005 or 2006 model to see feature changes.
2005 BMW Z4
BMW’s presence in the Sports Car market is phenomenal, especially with the unveiling of the 2005 BMW Z4. Several variations are available, ranging from a 2.0L Inline-4 to a 3.2L Inline-6 engine producing 340HP and propelling the little Z4 to 60mph in under 5 seconds!
Five-speed manual transmissions are standard on the 2005 BMW Z4 along with 98” wheelbase tires. A 6-speed manual by Getrag is available on the 3.0L and Z4 M, which produces over 340HP at the crank.
A Sport Package is also available, stiffening the suspension as well as lowering it and providing new, wider tires that feature run-flat technology.
